Inspire Your Audience
Sylvan shows how to turn cybersecurity at your advantage.

Choose a practitioner
There are many outstanding cyber influencers, experts and advisers out there. However, too often, speakers often fall short of:
- Deep recognition within one company but limited experience of industry practices, and almost inexistent for cross-industry.
- Big head or strong legs: cybersecurity governance and operations are not aligned.
- Cybersecurity obsessed: security is only a component - however important - of a company's cyberspace footprint or digital realm. Business is the Driver.
Choose to inspire your audience, small or big, experts, managers or general public!

Sylvan Ravinet is Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Eres, a leading asset management and employee savings firm based in Paris. For over twenty years he has worked at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk management and compliance in heavily regulated environments, and in financial services in particular.
His career has taken him from retail banking security architecture at Société Générale to leading group-wide cybersecurity and compliance programmes, by way of advisory and leadership roles at KPMG, Capgemini, Wipro and Lydia. He works with executives, business leaders and technology teams on security and AI decisions that hold up under regulatory scrutiny as well as operational pressure.
His current work concerns trust in increasingly autonomous systems, operational resilience, and frameworks such as DORA, GDPR and the NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation. A member of CESIN, he leads two working groups with the Innovation Makers Alliance — on AI applied to cyber detection and response, and on agentic cyber mesh architectures — due to publish in December 2026.
